The way that the Stormlight books are littered with paragraphs like this:

“Mornin’,” grunted Mike. The **tall Edgedancer** jerked his head at Kaladin and quickly went back to tending his coffee pot.

You don’t need to do adjective/class so often! It’s such an annoying habit. Do we really need to know that some minor character is ‘striking’ every time?? It lacks finesse.
