This was just ok, then it got better…..but now I don’t like what’s happening, and it’s getting a little boring 😅

Oh Lordy. We’ve got breaths we didn’t know we were holding in and the old “I’ll show you mine if you show me yours”, scar edition…this 2nd book feels more juvenile than the first and the story has sped up, rather than stay slow burn, so some parts are feeling unrealistic as far as characters growth and acceptance of her….we will see if it gets better

I gave the first book 5 stars but Diem is being so irritating In this one. Can she please think for 2 minutes before she makes major decisions? It’s frustrating.

This is so atmospheric. I hope the plot holds up because I really want this to blow my
mind and be a new fave!

Wow, I’m barely into this book and I really love it so far. It’s so atmospheric, perfect for colder weather (to me, anyway). I hope it stays this good
