I always knew this book was going to be an emotional roller coaster but it it still broke my heart when I least expected. Qi Yan’s character is so tragic and I can’t help but feel for her despite emotionally hurting Nangong Jingnu. I’m very scared to finish the book as I don’t think my heart could take it!
