just some recipes left to look over, pizzas and foccacia.. and most of the recipes left to make ahah

evershore:what i disliked about starsight was that Spensa left and had her own weird story about aliens and we just completely left Detritus and everyone we knew and the fight we were fighting behind. and what I disliked about Cytonic was that Spensa was still alone having an even weirder story and was also almost happy to leave Detritus behind forever. this gave me the closure i wanted. the story i wanted. and hope.

redawn (many pages ago): much better. more intrigue, more action, more connection overall, a more complete story. sunreach made redawn possible, and redawn tied up all the loose ends. mostly.

sunreach: wish it was longer so that that relationship wasn’t So Forced and kind of painful to have to read. characters could’ve been given more. felt like a token “you read skyward and already know these people, let’s have them say a few of their catchphrases here and there” nod to fans. kind of read like fanfic ngl. but was p fun still… and makes me re-miss what starsight could have been

have made at least three of the breads, some multiple times, fully adopted the method, and have a renewed interest in finding somewhere that sells rye flour. and might go buy a pound of bacon, for only the second time in my entire marriage.

still haven’t made the focaccia. still don’t know how to pronounce focaccia.

already forgot the last chapter i read. i have a vague recollection of it being meaningful… good thing i plan to go over it again in a few weeks
