have made at least three of the breads, some multiple times, fully adopted the method, and have a renewed interest in finding somewhere that sells rye flour. and might go buy a pound of bacon, for only the second time in my entire marriage.

Megan Miller Ah, I wondered if perhaps something called for the bacon fat


Hannah Jayne his recipe adds the bacon once crisped, with a couple tablespoons of the fat too. so it is called for? nothing fancy, just sounded pretty amazing
