I'm the author--and it still amazes me that this content came out of me. I didn't know I knew such things.

Katie's book is the exact remedy for anyone struggling with mental difficulties--or their family. I really liked her vivid descriptions from inside her mind during periods of illness. In no way is she offering the solutions of Job's friends, but instead she exposes such platitudes. Her book is very effectively written and imparted understanding to me that I never had about the experience of mental instabilities.

Katie is unbelievably candid, and her book comes at a perfect time in my family's life. ANYONE with exposure to mental health challenges will really, really benefit from her very well-told story.

For the audiobook, I have proofed up through Chapter 8. Reduced me--far more potent in audio than in print.
