Katie's book is the exact remedy for anyone struggling with mental difficulties--or their family. I really liked her vivid descriptions from inside her mind during periods of illness. In no way is she offering the solutions of Job's friends, but instead she exposes such platitudes. Her book is very effectively written and imparted understanding to me that I never had about the experience of mental instabilities.
