This book is so useless.

Wow. Just wow. Many wows. All the wows. None of them are good.

Books like these are why I read. Books that make me shut my eyes, grit my teeth and cover my mouth to silence an audible gasp. Books that make me feel connected to the world and disconnected from it, books that make me marvel at what human beings can create through sheer power of words. Butcher’s Crossing is all that. And let me tell you, out of the three Williams’ books I’ve read, it’s my least favourite.

Many words. Not many are wording.

Neither pissed nor proved wrong. RF Kuang delivers not, again.
