I am truly enjoying the series, however it needs to be noted this book, book 5, needs to have a TW at the beginning of the book if not also the beginning of chapter 10 due to the what was murdered. So if stories involving the death of a child are your jam... It's a small part but I'm not usually left feeling this unsettled.

Reading this out loud with my new buddie who is a history buff. OMG I LOVE THIS... a lot of triggers though, so watch out if you have violence issues THIS IS NOT for the faint of heart, but MAN oh MAN American History!!!

STILL at the HOLY SHIT stage! OMG this is just AMAZING!

Even for a teen this is dumbed down and if you are going to write in omniscient third point of view know how to write it omniscient third point of view. The story has promise but I don't want to read it because it is SO dumbed down I want to bash my head into the wall. I am only 12% through and started finding myself just glancing over dialogue because of this so I had to put it down.
