fear street is so nostalgic for me (who let a 10 year old read these books)

bruh i really am on an MLM kick rn help

this is obviously going to take me a while to get though but it is already deliciously entertaining

this is the second (that i know of) horror book that started as a story on reddit and i’m wondering if the reddit stories are better

doubling up on fiction because it’s almost halloween babyyyyy

just found out i’m teaching this and while i’m overwhelmed i am excited to teach a BOOK bc it’s been years since i’ve taught an actual book

oh this is a good audiobook. excellent voice acting and background music. very fitting for the eerie medieval setting

this is so tonally different from her other books and i’m not sure i like it tbh

gotta catch up on my rf kuang books before katabasis comes out this month

trying to solve the mystery in the notes app on my phone i would be a terrible detective

the writing style is very simplistic (idk maybe that’s just a result of the translation) but i am so oddly hooked

john green if u start a cult i’d consider joining

i can already tell this book is going to wreck me and my butt cheeks are metaphorically clenched in anticipation of the emotional damage

idk man there is something comforting about john green and nonfiction

we get glimpses into gross male side characters and does the author really have to be that misogynistic with their inner dialogue bc it seems….excessive. like hmm buddy are you just using this as an excuse to write terribly objectifying stuff about women

i was about to say that this would make such a good tv show and then i found out it already is a netflix show for which i will be seated upon finishing the book

bro every time i read/see something with a stranger things vibe, i get jealous i didn’t grow up with a tight knit group of friends in the midwest that would bike to different places for all sorts spooky adventures

not one but TWO comments about beautiful, long feet? i don’t want to hear any more about feet!

i would dnf because i’m kinda bored but im trying to work on bettering my attention span lol

“his beautiful feet” is a line i never want to read again in literature
