What a wonderful second book! I adore all of the characters and starting this book felt like visiting my favorite retirees! I was able to guess the ending of this one so not as twisty, but still a wonderful read! 4.5/5

Loved this couple! Very realistic portrayal of anxiety and trauma. I don’t like how this author has a tendency to have her characters implode right at the end of the story. Sometimes it’s understandable sometimes it feels like it’s for shock value. Either way I really loved this couple! 3.75
