Finished Season 1.

Wow.

Everyone was right about this show. It’s incredible and this book is invaluable in decoding it. This show might hold up to be one of my all time favorites if it keeps this quality.

Watching through this incredible series I’ve waited until now to watch. This guide is invaluable. Incredible insights and reference for the cultural references.

This book is critical to understanding David Lynch as a person if this first chapter is anything to go off of.

The end is in sight. The stories are beyond horrifying, almost vomit inducing.

Everything that the Trump family stands for and the reason why everyone is so awful/inhuman is because of Fred Trump. He wasn’t a human being and it was beyond his ability to pretend to be one.

Freddy (his oldest son) was the only good and decent member of the Trumps, which meant everyone felt compelled to make his life miserable

Many members of this family (the big exception being Freddy) are no better than the vilest primordial ooze. My heart aches for anyone who was cursed to be raised by Fred Trump and his wife, but my sympathy does not extend to the awful things they would confer to people outside of their family. I used to hate those terrible people, but now it’s a combination of hate and pity.

I need to understand why this man is the way he is.
