So far I’m liking it! But honestly any time I read a translated book I always feel like I’m missing something. Like an element of poetic prose that is really only found in the original language.

That said… this has that brevity and economy of words similar to other Japanese books I’ve read recently.

Not starting it yet but I needed to do this so I CAN SCREAM WHY DID I DO THAT WHY DID I GLANCE DOWN I JUST WANTED TO SEE WHERE THE DIVISION BETWEEN THE TWO BOOKS AND NOW I KNOW A THING IS IRREFUTABLE THAT I WAS SUSPECTING ALL ALONG BUT THAT DOESNT MAKE IT ANY LESS HORRID TO KNOW! *mumble grumble snuffle whuffle*
