In this part of the story is where i think it starts to get serious, Mare is currently seen in her cell after she was caught by the officers. She is kept captive at the Silvers, she talks with the king about her case. The king then reveals to her that she is a Silver herself, not a Red and arranged a marriage for her to marry his son, Maven.

On pages 68-73, this is where Mage is on the chase. But before, she meets a girl who can control metal, her name was Evangeline. Her metal shocked Mare, making her feel different, then she began running. But before then, the Sentinels found her, she started to run against just as she was looking out a window but gets caught between strong arms. She tries to kill them with her sparks but nothing happened.

Currently in the book, there are some action going on and it has really caught my eye. Silvers, who Mare is onto, she's trying to get away with theft. Mare notices the cameras that hidden in the city, she scattered around trying to avoid. She pass a news reporter who reported a terrorist attack on the Silvers in the capital. She takes a closer look, and realized she notices the women on the display, is Farley.

Recently, Mare returned back home to seeing boats head to the Summerton and sees Gisa, her younger sister. There were stars that hung from their doors to the two sister's room. Mare was the type of person who wanted to be in the army since now in the book, the war has been going on for quite a while. But she fears for her bestfriend, Kilorn, so she tried to find a way for them both to avoid going into the army.

Things are starting to go down because Mare found out that her friend, Kilorn was conscripted to war since it's all mandatory for ages 18 and up. Mare was desperate and wanted to get him out so she ventures out to get a new job for him and Kilorn. I was really interested when all of this happened, especially when Mare met Cal, the mysterious guy.

Its Friday, and Mare is already stealing from people's pockets, and I find that really funny. When Mare and Kilorn, her friend, watch the fight in the arena, they both rooted for the strongarm and the "weakling". It turns out that the "weakling" was a whisperer and beat the strongarm, which really surprised me. Overall, the book is starting off really good because there are many action scenes already happening.

Now that I'm at the end of the book, there's really wasn't something that was different than the way other books would've ended in fiction novels. It was pretty average. Leofric's kids grew up, marriages were done, everyone was happy i guess at the end.

This part of the novel, it tells a part of Fride, in page 192 it shows her giving birth but the baby didn't make a sound when she came out at first. Luckily, she was alive. Fast forward to page 207, Felicity and Leofric found their love for eachother and nine months later, their son was born.

On page 133, the Prince was told to kill Cinderella's step sisters. "If you loved me, you would want it too" Cinderella convinced Prince as the stepsisters got her heads cut off with an axe. Later on into the story, there is a part that tells the story of a Giant and a girl who played music for the fellow with her harp.

After the encounter with Cinderella, ever since that night he has been looking for her. Many people of the town laughed at his story and how he thought of Cinderella, thinking she was no such girl. He thought of her everyday but yet still couldn't find her. Finally, he had met her. They got married and Cinderella tells the Prince of her demon like step mother and sisters.

This part of the book was surprising, it felt different than the child version of the story of Cinderella. It is the night the Prince had met Cinderella, he complimented her for her dancing, her looks, and the way she spoke unlike the other girls in the ballroom. But soon, it hit midnight and she had to go. It tells the next few days, the Prince continued tried to find her for weeks.

Currently, this part of the book it is telling the tale of Hansel and Gretel. It is different than what the children rated book is. The witch can not see very well so she only knows by touch. Gretel is trying to tell Hansel she is going to eat him but he is fooled by the amount of dessert and treats he gets from the witch. Fast forward to the end, Hansel ends up dying and Gretel is left with burn marks by her hands
