Angela is finished with The Sweet Potato Queens' Big-Ass Cookbook (and Financial Planner)

This has to be one of my favorite cookbook/financial planners that I have read. The book is fun and light-hearted. The recipes are easy. Some of the recipe names will cause instant laughter. Also, the financial planning tips are hilarious. Clearly, the author has a great sense of humor which I love.

I've read ch.1-16, and my first impression of this book is, it’s a typical coming of age story, I would have loved this book when I was younger. Right now, meh. Predictable teenage stuff. So I will see when I finish reading this book later this week, possibly tonight, if it was worth my time invested.
