The first part one can skip. Maybe the whole book. I wonder why this book is on read-lists. Not able to figure out if it is about personal issues or Travelodge or spirituality. i

Like any other book on Astrophysics, it leaves you wondering how small we are in this universe or multiverse. Very nice and enjoyable book, but simple, I would say not so difficult.
The last chapter is spiritual and leaves you thinking.
Worth reading again, maybe I discover more in the second reading.

Good ideas for a monk not for a working professional. This book has ideas not practical. Shutting off email during a working day can make life difficult. Putting Phone in flight mode in the night can disconnect anybody who wants to reach out to you in the night.
