Besides telling stories and playing soccer, Rudy and Liesel would take mrs. Huberman's laundry to the customers. Liesel wasn't supposed to have company, but Rudy said he wouldn't tell anyone. Sometimes they'd use some of the money to buy some candy to share. It was usually only one piece of candy, but they shared it anyway.

Rudy and Liesel became friends. The would always play soccer together. He told her about one time when he was watching the Olympics, he was inspired by one athlete from America. One evening, Rudy covered himself in mid and ran down to the track field and pretended he was first place in the Olympics. His dad didn't like that at all. But Rudy felt on too of the world.

Liesel spent a lot of time playing soccer on Himmel street. At first the other kids made her be goalie because she was new, and nothing really happened on her end of the field because her team usually kept it on the other side. But sometimes Rudy would get the ball and come down her way. She'd always try to save the ball from going past her, but he was very good at soccer.

Papa to the rescue! So far, Liesel was not happy living in her new home, mostly because her and Mama were not kindred spirits. Papa and her were though. Papa taught Liesel how to roll a cigarette and soon enough Liesel took a bath.

Once inside the house. Mama set up the rules. First: Liesel would call her Mama and call her foster dad Papa. Second: she need to take a bath as soon as humanly possible. Liesel refused to the bath. For at least a week she would not take a bath. Mama was furious and would yell at her and loose her temper. Maybe all Liesel needed was a gentler approach.

Once pried out off her mama's leg, Liesel was off to her foster parents' home. The first thing she did at the house was hold on to the fence for dear life. Her new mama was screaming a few choice words and yelling at the neighbors and was trying to pry her foster daughter off the gate. Things can only get better from there.

After the sad ceremony, mom and daughter were back on the train, off to their original destination. Liesel was ping to her new foster parents home in Germany, where she would be safe and cared for. Once in the Molching station, Liesel was a wreck. Screaming and kicking and hanging to her mama for dear life. She did not want to go "home"

When the train stopped, the mother and daughter held a short yet painful funeral for the young boy. On this sad day, Liesel found an abandoned book in the heavy snow and picked it up. And the book thief is born.

At the museum, it was the usual speech about how the normal people beat the hybrids and how proud America was and why hybrids are dangerous and everything Addie and Eva hated hearing. Early in the tour, there was a huge flood and flames burning in the museum. it was total chaos! Students everywhere and adults trying to calm them and trying to get out of be museum

Even though school has been going fantastic, the field trip to the museum is just around the corner. Usually it is a fun trip, because who doesn't want a day off school! But not for Addie and Eva because all the museum has is history about the hybrid war and hybrid this and that. Addie and Eva despise it because, they are a hybrid.

Addie and Eva a just trying to power through their last year of middle school. It's easier than the rest of their schooling was when the were "unsettled". Even though they still are unsettled, nobody knows that so it makes their life so much easier. Especially Addie who's made friends and lives practically a normal life, aside the fact that Eva is still there

The thing is, Addie and Eva never settled. Even though Eva had lost all motor skills she was still there. But only Addie and her knew about this little secret. As they went into 8th grade at their new middle school, everything seemed as though it would be a great year.

Eva and Addie's childhood was normal just as any young people's. That is until the time came for them to begin settling. Everyone else's usually settles between four and five, at the most six or seven. Even when Addie began to appear as the dominate soul, Eva still hung around. It wasn't until they were twelve that Addie settled and their family moved away so that would never have to be the strange family again.

Eva and Addie are two normal girls. Well not completely, they love in the same body the two of them. They were too late to settle which means let one soul take over and the other disappear forever. They are a hybrid. This new world hates hybrids. If anybody finds out, they will be in grave danger.....

As the occupation and war continued, it became more and more dangerous for the Jewish population. The nazis started taking notice of their behavior and the homes and work places. Eventually the Jews started wearing the gold star and strangely started to disappear.

After Corrie's aunt'a passing the war continually got worse. Holland was turned over to the nazis. At the time it was like nothing had changed aside from their curfew which was at ten o'clock.

After Corrie's aunts diabetes issue after the doctor told her she only had maybe a week to live. She was alright with that. After all, she had started many organizations and tried to halo many people after she was diagnosed. As well as placing her hope in God, she was not worried. Some days later, she passed away.

When Corrie and her sister came home, life went nk as usual. Soon, Corrie's aunt was diagnosed with diabetes. There was no real way to treat it. But hope wasn't lost! There was a weekly test corrie had to do to check her aunts blood pressure. If the liquid was clear, all was well. If the liquid was discolored at all, there might be a problem.

When Corrie met Karel just a few weeks earlier when he came home with Willem, her brother. He was the nicest and gentlest person to her. She really liked him. The only problem was she was 14 and he was 20. Big difference. She really enjoyed the time the were in the same room together, even though they weren't talking to each other.

Corrie began to like school... But she did still prefer to be at home with her mom and aunts to assist with the work. The years went by and soon, corrie was fourteen. Her and her sister went to go visit her brother at the university. While visiting, many of his friends came to his dorm. One named karel. Corrie began to fall in love with karel. She had met him nice before when he came to their home.

Her dad said that he would escort her to school. Holding his hand made her remember the times before her schooling when her dad would take her on trips to Amsterdam to check the big clock. Her memories showed her sitting in the train with her dad and visiting friends, also in the watch business. Now that she is in school, she could only go once in a while.

Flash backs and memories flood Corrie's mind. Many of when she was a girl just starting school. Looking in the mirror and loathing her outfit; loathing the fact she had to attend school. She thought she could negotiate her way into staying at home and being a help for her mom and aunts with the house work, but no use. She still had to go to school.

Corrie ten boom loves in the beje above her fathers watch shop. She tends to the home and helps in the shop any time she can, whether it's with service or advertising. She has been with her family for 32 years by the time the shop's hundredth birthday came around. The shop was booming with family, friends and loyal customers, all celebrating the wonderful shop and wonderful family.

One day, Bailey and Ethan thankfully got tired of the flip and went fishing in the pond. Nothing was biting for a long time and Bailey was getting bored and Ethan was becoming frustrated. Finally a huge fish was on the line, and Ethan went overboard! He kept getting deeper and deeper and Bailey was freaking out! What else could he do but jump in and save his boy? He went in and dragged Ethan back to the boat.

Bailey liked that he got to be outside and with Ethan everyday. One thing he did not like though, was the flip. The flip was some strange fabric object that Ethan seemed to be very excited about. He would throw it and expected Bailey to go get it! What was this crazy thing? Even though Bailey could be more excited about this new creation, he'd go get t just because it made Ethan very happy.

Bailey loved the farm! Every day he and Ethan would either go outside and play with the horse, play in the little pond and fish or play with the ducks, go into town, or explore with grandpa. Everyday was lived to its fullest at the farm. Sometimes, Bailey and Ethan would go with grandpa to the farmers market, and Bailey loved going because he could smell all the new things. Goats, corn, the train. It was amazing.

The days got boring once again, but Bailey could entertain himself with a toy or stalk the cat. Either way it was something to pass the time. The sub started shining longer in he day and soon Ethan was home all the time! Then something marvelous happened. The family packed up and went to somewhere called the farm. At the farm was grandma and grandpa! Bailey could tell that the farm was where he belonged.

Even still, joy and giggles filled the home and presents were under this magnificently decorated tree! Ethan was so happy, and if Ethan was happy so was Bailey. A few days later fire works went off and then sadly Ethan was back to school. But still Bailey was older and bigger now. So he was allowed in the house and even stay in the house when the family was gone!
