It's easy to start your reading challenge very strong when you leave a lot of almost finished books at the end of the year. I don't know if I'd recommend you do it, since it really feels like cheating.

Should I be reading this? Not really, because I have too many other things to do (and I need to finish all the other books I'm currently reading).
Am I still starting it right now? Well, yes

Just starting this book but before I just want to shout out the cover and how well it goes with the other one in the series!

Also, I'm pretty excited for this one but also a bit apprehensive because the last few books from Katherine Macdonald I've read have not been my favourite, even if they were still a good read.

Even the reviews (including the bad ones) seem to be written by robots - mentioning exactly the same points almost with the same wording. So weird!

The best kind of reviews are the ones were people spoil part of the story (without marking things as spoilers) for no reason and then don't even give their opinion about anything, right?

I just started this book but I can already tell it will go to the "2023 reads to write home about" shelf if I manage to finish it this year!

Why is it that when busy times come around, you only want to read fluffy books with mostly no content? The worst is that I feel like my brain is dying/starving after reading too much fluff!

Christmas book in April? Why not?

I want to read but life really has gotten too busy. I’m hoping things will calm down a bit in a few weeks, in the meantime, I’ll learn to survive without reading more than 10 pages per day, usually less than that.
