The world building in this is incredible. But the characters? Reminds me of Peaky Blinders with magic. When I have not seen Peaky Blinders. But this is what I imagine it to be like…

It was the faking dating that was the twist. Should have seen that one coming. One fell in love and the other one didn’t (yet).

I thought that the story was going to be the twist leading to a slight breakup in the story. It was not.

This is really cute. Nothing heart stopping, but it’s cute.

I’m deceased. Andy Weir’s writing is INCREDIBLE.

And there is the twist…the extra one. I knew it was coming, but that still hurt.

I made it 72% before I watched the movie. With the book so fresh, I have thoughts about the movie. But I’m still in love with the book. Highly recommend
