The Confederate army has broke through into Pennsylvania and it seems like day 1 of the battle of Gettysburg has started, whoever wins this battle will be the major favorite to win the rest of the war and will gain a lot of ground therefore the Union army must fight there hardest not to lose their position.

The union army has already hit the front lines and have started to fight for territory in kentucky. They are losing thousands of men and are having many casualties but so are the confederates. Lincoln is thinking of what mission he can do to break through kentucky and advance south.

Abraham Lincoln has mobilized the troops and are in the middle of training and in a couyple of months will be ready for the fight against slavery. Many of these young men are scared but have to fight for their cause so that African-American people can be free. Things are about to get very bloody....

Jack and his crew members are going are last official mission of the war. The plane was shot multiple times by anti aircraft guns and alot of Jack's friends were sevearly hurt but Jack was able to pull everyone through to safety by using his leadership skills that he has learned over the years. Great book!

Jack and his crew are sent on there first few missions to Germany. On one of there missions jack head hits back against the fire enstinguisher and he gets knocked out so the plane is without a pilot! One of his crew members tries to help him wake while the assistant pilot takes over but struggles, Jack wakes up just before they enter Germany.

Jack is just 15 years old and has volunteered to join the air force and is sent to england. His first mission is a bombing mission over a german base and is succesful, he gets back to camp and he is assigned a very dangerous mission as his next and is scared.

Very good book! Darren actually seems to be having fun with Mr. Crepsley and being away from his family. Darren has made friends like Evra. I think Darren is enjoying himself because he feels like he has more freedom now that he doesn't have his parents watching over him. Darren has weird ways of expressing himself but he seems to be enjoying himself so I guess that's all that matters.

There are also some dangerous things Darren will have to do in order to proove to Crepsley that he is worthy of being a half-Vampire.

I knew Darren was going to get hurt some how, I can't believe he actually thought he was going to be able to not get caught stealing a vampire's pet giant spider. The worst part is that know that he's blooded he can never see his family again and must saty with Mr. Crepsley for the rest of his long Vampire life. Darren has a lot of potential to being a very strong vampire and I believe in him.

I have a bad feeling about Darren going back to the cirque and stealing Ms. Octa from Mr. Crepsley because Darren knows that Crepsley is a vampire and shoudn't be messing with him, he might kidnapp Darren. Darren isn't being very smart right now and is not thinking.

I thought this was a very good book! I liked how this was not only about baseball but also the adventures on the inside and outside of being a bat boy. Matt is a very thankful for being the bat boy of the Yankees because on page 234 Matt says "I just wanted to say thanks for hiring me" to the owner George Steinbrener, I think this shows that Matt is also very polite.

I can't believe that philip just went blind! Unbelieable, timothy is trying to help him out right now and is being very optimistic about it because he doesn't want timothy to freak out. On page 45 Timothy tells Philip "Now, young bahss, you mus' lie downg an rest, what 'as happen will go 'way." this quote shows how positive timothy is.

Joe is a very curious and helpful person, he wants to risk something going wrong by going back in time to help a famous baseball player (Joe Jackson) not gamble and get suspended from baseball for life. He is very willing to do things for others, for example on page 36 he tells his friend "I want to do this, to help him continue his career and be happy." this quote shows how nice he is.

Percy isn't very pleased with his mom, he thinks that she doesn't want him around. The only decent thing that has been good for Percy has been finaly getting home from boarding school. One example of percy being angry is on page 39 he yells "what are you going to do? Send me to another boarding school because you don't want me around?".this shows Percy's frustration.

The watson's trip is doing alright so far, they haven't been getting made fun of or discrimated there just relaxing at grandma's house, as usual byron is getting in trouble by Playing with fire. Besides that everything seems fine right now.

I don't think its a good idea that the watson's go to birmingham, Alabama because in 1963 it was one of the darkest places for African-Americanss in the world. I also woudn't be suprised if byron pulled some stupid prank that would get the white people really pissed off and it woudn't be very pleasant for them because they would be tortured for the rest of there stay. If i were a black i would not go to Alabama.

I'm really Glad that Brian is finally safe and sound at home with his Mother. He went through a lot these past few months and lost all hope in himself and thought that everyone had forgotten about him and just moved on. Brian was very brave and shockingly survived by hunting for food and teaching himself how to do things in the wilderness. This was a very good book and I'm sad that i finished it.

Brian is lonely and really worried because he doesn't know what to do. He's not used to being all alone in the wilderness with nothing but his clothes and hatchet he got as a gift from his mom. He is going to do all he can to stay a live, right now in the book he is making shelter and hunting for food.

I can't believe Danny's team ost in the national semi-finals! Danny played his heart out but unfortunately sometime hard efforts come short. Danny told his coach he would work his hardest during the offseason to get better and take the next step next season which is the finals. What is remarkable is that Danny is usually always the smallest guy on the court.

I think Danny made a good decision when he decided to to go out in his backyard and practice the whole day instead of hanging out with friends. He made the right decision because he felt he had an area to improve on and he worked to get better at his weaknesses.

I think Danny maxe a good decision by going to right way basketball summer camp because he needs to work on his skill to take his team to the top. He needs to get better because he is under sized and needs to use his skill to do good.
