This book reminds me of The Hunger Games except more girly.I thought it was a bit unrealistic how Cassia and Xander reacted when they were matched, it probably would've been more awkward for them since they've known each other for their whole lives. I think she should move on about the Ky situation because soon people will get suspicious, already Xander has been asking if she's okay.

So far this book is okay... It's definitely a twisted story. I think Court Olaf's plan is to actually marry Violet just to get the money which is absolutely insane (and illegal as she's 13). I think they should tell someone else what's going on because they can't keep living there. I'm not sure if I like this book.

Now I understand why Annabeth resented cyclops. After what happened to Thalia, no wonder she didn't like them. But I still think she could have been a little nicer to Tyson. I'm really sad about what happened to Tyson. There might be a slight chance he lived because he's a cyclops but it doesn't seem like that's the case. Percy doesn't think so either because he seems to have given up on that slight chance.

I really hate Tantalus, I even think he might be working with Luke. I think that Annabeth and Percy will make up because they always do when they have fights and Grover seems like he's really in trouble. I wonder if Percy was really just dreaming or if it is an empathy link.

It would be so cool to ride in the smallest car! I thought the vehicle sections would be boring but it was actually really interesting. Some of the animals I have never even heard of before like the giant spider crab.

I'm not sure if the hobbits should trust Tom and Goldberry. Some reasons are that Toms said he was expecting them, they all had nightmares that night, and they seem suspicious for letting them stay at their house that easily. So I think they're either just really nice or something bad will happen. Goldberry reminds me of China Sorrows from the Skulduggery Pleasant series because all the hobbits think she's pretty.

I like this book so far because I like reading unusual facts about unusual things. Some things didn't surprise me but there were some things that I didn't know. For example, google is the most visited website but I though it was so cool that 13.5 million users go on to it every month! Also, it said that by 2013 there will probably be more computers in use than people in the U.S.A but I think there already is.

I think that the Black Riders are working for The Enemy because I can't think of why else they would be asking where Mr. Baggins is. I wonder what the Old Forest is like, it's probably pretty awful because Fredegar seemed really scared and they make it a big deal if someone has gone into the forest. I hope Gandalf will come because otherwise that could mean that his journeys didn't go well.

It's unbelievable how smart Crowbar is! For example, when he used the coffee lid to slide down the slide or when he moved the mug to get to the nuts and then put it back where it was. I hope that Crowbar is mentioned more in the book. I wonder if they will find the falcon, I hope they do because she said he wouldn't live if they didn't.

It's so sad that they never saw Yammer again. Twig must've been so sad. It's a good thing the mother duck let the ducklings join her and her own babies. I wonder what other kinds of crazy pets they've had!

I'm really scared that the Remnants will win since they have Fletcher. With Fletcher, they're almost unstoppable. It's creepy to read about Fletcher acting that way because I'm so used to him being nice. I can't believe Kenspeckle died! I never liked Clarabelle so even though I know it's not really her that did it, it's hard to remember that. Now, what will Valkyrie do if she gets hurt?

I really hope that Constance and Kate will make it on time but how will Mr.Benidict and everyone else pass the message on to them if the girls are asleep? If they even saw Reynie at all. The situation definitely doesn't look good for the Mysterious Benidict Society. Sticky was really brave to go first because he was really scared.

I wonder how many people have been possessed by the remmnants, it seems like almost every character in the book. Is Ghastly still okay? I hope that he, China, and whoever else that isn't possessed will go help Skulduggery. What if Carol and Crystal tell their parents about magic? I think it was a bad idea to tell them.

I wonder what will happen to Reynie and Sticky when they first get their special privileges. Will it turn out good? I have no clue what Mr.Benedict could mean with that last message, so I hope that he sends the other half because maybe then it'll make sense. I feel so bad for the boy that was blamed for spying in the gym.

I'm surprised but really glad that Tesseract didn't kill everyone, especially Tanith because she got beaten up by him twice. I wonder how they'll find out who Davina was working for now that she's dead. I'm confused about what the Banshee said, and I wonder if Valkyrie understands.

I'm so glad that Melody and her classmates has the inclusive program now because Melody likes it so much and they aren't that left out anymore. I hate Molly and Claire because they always make fun of the students from classroom H5. I hope Melody gets more words on her board so that she can communicate more. Rose is really nice for trying so hard to understand Melody.

I think it's really disgusting how Sanguine is a zombie because the book always talks about his ear falling off and stuff. Corrival will make a good Grand Mage because he seems very responsible and almost everyone at the meeting voted for him. I'm really nervous that Solomon will find out Valkyrie is Darquess before she can seal her name.

I think that Kate is taking the secret agent job way too far because Mr. Benedict said not to take unnecessary risks and if they get caught the whole job can go wrong, but they're probably not going to do it. Right now, I don't really like Constance because she's always in a bad mood and complains a lot. But I'm sure she'll be a lot of help later or else she wouldn't have passed the tests.

I had a feeling that Rhonda was an adult because she was acting suspicious and she said "Good luck kid" to Reynie at the end of the test. I like how Reynie, Sticky, and Kate all have different ways of solving the tests. Reynie thinks of them as puzzles, Sticky uses knowledge, and Kate uses her experience in the circus.

I think there is definitely something suspicious about Marcus because he punched Sal and then pretended nothing ever happened. Also, he seems to know a lot about time travel and physics. I wonder what Sal getting punched has anything to do with Miranda. I really hope that Miranda's mom wins the $20,000 Pyramid! They really have their hopes up for it.

I feel bad that Peg couldn't stay home longer but it seems like she didn't mind too much, like she was just kind of glad to be back. Alice was mean at first, but now I see that she has the worst situation of everyone. I hope that Peg can take a few steps soon! If I had polio, I would be horrified. I'm glad that she's improving so much.

I wonder how Kat lost her mother? She keeps mentioning things about it, but the book never really explains what happened or when. Why is Kat going to Paris to see her dad? What does she need to ask him or talk to him about? It's creepy how Taccone had all those photos. Also, it's confusing how it seems like Taccone wants Kat to succeed and thinks she can but won't give her any more time and he keeps threatening her.

I can't believe that her mom is sick now! Hopefully, she will get better. If Esperanza's mom can't work, will they lose a lot of money? I don't like Marta because she was so mean to Esperanza about her dad but now I feel bad for her because it would be really hard to live like that.

I wonder why Kat hates her cousin? What happened? Also, if Kat hates her, why did Hale pick her to help them? Now, I understand why Kat had trouble trusting him. They only have 11 days and they aren't that far into the job, right now it seems almost impossible they'll get all the paintings in time but I guess they've had lots of experience with things like this.

I'm so glad that Percy beat Ares in that fight, but I'm worried that now that Ares despises him something really bad will happen later. It was a little gross how they described the sword going through his heel. I think Annabeth is right; going on an airplane is NOT a good idea.

This book is so sad! First, her dad dies, then the house burns down, and now she has to leave behind her friends, school, and grandma. I can't believe the uncle would burn down their house,especially right after the dad died, because they're his family. If I were Esperanza, I would be really scared because she is leaving behind almost everything to move to an entirely different place, not knowing what'll happen.

I am so glad that Olive finally realized what the book was doing to her, She was becoming obsessed with it. I just knew tjere was somethibg suspicious about Ms. Nivens! What would Olive do if Ms. Nivens sets Annabelle free again?I hope Olive turns out okay. I am glad that Leoplold and Harvey forgave Olive, the book is kind of boring without the cats so I hope Horatio forgives her too.

I think that there is something weird about Ms. Nivens. I think that she was a painting because Olive thought her skin looked strange in the light and she's been acting a bit suspicious. I think she somehow got out and knows about the spell book. That would also explain why Rutherford knew about it. I also think Rutherford is bad. I think he's only helping Olive to get his hands on the book for some reason.

My favorite character so far is totally Annabeth because she's really funny and kind of outgoing. I knew that Grover was the one that tried to save Thalia but I was kind of surprised that Annabeth and Luke were the other two campers.I'm so glad that they set the animals free, it was so sad when it was telling about how they treated them. Percy says no one is controlling him, but Hades is controlling him with his mom.

I think that Sunny's brother, Yamir, is really annoying because he keeps teasing Lucy and Sunny. It seems like Sunny is hiding something from Lucy because she seems distracted. If I were Lucy, I would also be a bit upset that their conversation about her great present didn't last long at all. I bet Lucy felt really proud that Courtney and her friends went to the pharmacy to see her and talk to her.
