Speed reading but it's actually good. I'm just wanting to complete it today. Yes, I'm a Christian. Yes, it's about Buddhism and meditation. They're actually not incompatible. Too many Christians don't understand internal peace and kindness and goodness, and the concept of "we're all sinners" has been warped into the Gnostic idea that everything about us is evil. Not true. This is about fear, and it's so good.

Oh, my gosh, this woman has apparently been living in my head for several years now, and has somehow found a way to put my thoughts to words, while also helping many of them make sense. I’ll almost be sad to finish the book. It’s that helpful and encouraging.

Wow. Amazing book. Not even finished, but SO good to find somebody who puts words to the things I've been trying to "say" for a while now.

Yes, this former Republican is reading a book by Former President Bill Clinton, and yes, I enjoy it, and yes, it's a "persuasive" tone, but the man is clearly far more intelligent than I realized. I've learned a LOT.

While I desperately want to finish this book so I can mark it as complete, every page is just a helpful revelation, it seems.

Wanting to finish seems very "fixed mindset", now that I think about it. Enjoy and celebrate the process of learning, bro.

It's not a story, so it doesn't captivate the mind like a novel does, which makes it a bit slower to read, for me. But it's intriguing, and somewhat persuasive.
