Oh, is Robey English? That is why I have never heard from him.

I am one-fourth through the book and so far I am unimpressed by the author. So far, he is picking on big budget movies which did not deliver which are easy targets. I am curious about how the green light process works. How did Howard Hawkes convince his studio he could make a movie to rival The Robe? What did that meeting look like? Where is the point when a movie project becomes a bomb?

This book is for my book club. It is written as if a woman who cannot read or write is telling the story. It is incredibly slow reading.
