My TBR situation is dire, I keep adding stuff but I haven't made much effort to tackle the backlog. and there's stuff that's been sitting on it since 2012. So I'm doing this batshit thing where I'm just starting at the top and moving down. No more mood reads for me, I'm in my decluttering era.

There’s some heavy foreshadowing happening here and I have a strong feeling that I’ve just guessed the twist. Hopefully it doesn’t spoil the read for me.

I both love and hate the ‘I don’t kiss’ trope. I hate it because it’s dumb and pointless, but then when they do kiss, it’s usually unreal. It better be worth it.

The main character of this book is REALLY not having a good time. I need my man to catch a break because this is actually unbearable.

Let's normalize summaries of previous books at the start of the next one in a series. Girl, if your last book in this series came out more than a year ago, you're gonna have to assume I have no idea what is going on.

This is why I hate fated mates. This man is having a real moment, like genuinely grappling with his trauma and the worst parts of himself and the mate is like ‘no, I love you because you are my mate so you must be perfect, shut up.’ There’s no fucking nuance.
