I can HEAR the upspeak in the question marks at the end of what should be statements. We've used the same expressions in the course of 2 pages more than once. Why do we need to use the character's full name repeatedly? He's hot. OK. I got it the first time. You don't need to hammer it home. Did I fall prey to an awesome cover? Pls say it isn't so!

The delicate, loving, tender poetry of this narration is completely pulling me apart. To have the gays that came before in all their colourful joy and pain and desperation and celebration tell the story of these youngsters, these teens with their own troubles and hopes and purposes just makes my heart ache in the best way.
