Recently, in my quest to get over my reading slump, I came across this note in Penelope Douglas' Credence: "I think my biggest fear as a writer is getting into a position where I’m turning out forgettable books like an assembly line every six weeks." I think that's the root of my reading slump; I need to take a break from KU and overused tropes, and to focus on authors who put quality first!

When I heard of this book, my nostalgia as a 2nd gen kpop fan made me download it right away! So far I'm intrigued. For some reason, I keep picturing K:OS as BTS, and Camille as Camille from Emily in Paris 😆
