I get a bit up in arms over certain judgements against Bill Gates. Not from any kind of MS fangirl perspective, but from a possible autism spectrum awareness perspective. Whether he does or doesn't live with Asperger's, we shouldn't need to see a diagnosis (nor should he even have to get one) for critics to be a bit more sensitive to the possibility.

It's great to read about the beginnings of universal health care. We take it for granted as it is, but Tommy's work may well not be finished.

Not sure why Kingwell had to go on a big aside about urban and global survival. Funny to reflect on the premiere of Survivor, though, 12 years later.
