This is off to an intriguing start, tbh, I'm excited!

It pains me to say this about a female character, but this girl is like...painfully - and I mean ACTUAL pain - painfully pathetic 🤐 the endless, thoughtless hero worship she has going on for the titular Arrow is just --- I'm in PAIN HALP

ngl, this is a tad unfair, since I already know from previous books I'm gonna HATE Diego's ass for outing his cousin as gay when they were younger, no matter what justification or tragic sob story is supplied by author in this book? but let's give it a try, maybe it will surprise me (it will for sure NOT surprise me)

So like...I can already tell I'm gonna hate this 🫣 I don't care about this asshole's Secret Pain that made him into (sexist) asshole. And the heroine let's herself be goaded by his behaviour instead of acting cool 🙄 In other words, early 2010s vibes and not in good way 😴😴
