Not boring enough to drop it but it's getting there. If this was a real tv show it's something that I'd leave on the background. I hope it shows a hint of world building bc that might be more interesting than what's currently happening.

This book that's not even 200 pages long has been way more impactful than the 500 pages snoozefest that was reading Project Hail Mary (which i haven't reviewed bc i have so much shit to talk about it).

If you're an author, you must always ask yourself things like: why would the reader care about this?

At this point I'm hate reading this. It has been shown that a character is Important and Powerful throughout the book. I already know this. We do not need a whole flashback to say it again. Christ.

I find the main character so annoying and lame, this book has made me roll my eyes a few times but it's still interesting whenever there's a crumb of plot.
