Omg I love this book

One of the most beautiful books I've ever read. I'm loving it.

This poor woman had no one in her life that actually seem to care about her. Her lack of autonomy is a direct mirror to animals being slaughtered. Her veganism makes sense in that regard. Also this book is WAY more sexual then I realized, which I'm not a prude, but sheesh. It's probably a commentary on conservative societies.

This book is breaking my heart.

(Also, in the audiobook version, I can't tell if there are two male narrators who change ay random times or if the one male narrator does weird voice changes. Regardless it's bothering me.)

Lot of nipple fixation in this book.

I am working through my audible collection on Sunday drives. Started w P&P. Austen is RUTHLESS in describing Mr Colin's, it is HILARIOUS. I have tried to read Austen before but struggled with maintaining my attention span. Audio seems the way to go for me.
