I think I like this prequel even more than 'Ask For Andrea.' The plot is really flowing, and the disjointed perspectives work better in this one.

I keep hoping this will turn around but I'm just not enjoying it as much as I hoped I would. I don't see why the incest was necessary to the narrative in any way, Arturo could have just as easily been a family friend.

What happened to, 'and they were never seen again?' Irma was rescued alive! Why does everyone conveniently have 'amnesia', I hate this book trope so much. 3 different characters who all went through something different ALL being 'in shock' and having amnesia is too much, dude.

So it also wasn't either of the young men who were spying on the girls? We can read their thoughts, so they didn't secretly murder them either. I can only assume the girls got too hot and thirsty and started hallucinating and fell?
