每次看到關注的創作者都很推，但我自己不喜歡的書的時候都很糾結是不是我的問題？一度成為我新年第一本DNF。
兩個男生都很不行！Hector 對已婚前女友念念不忘，親吻單純女主讓她誤會又背地搞不倫的渣男；Luke 幼稚、對婚姻兒戲的花花公子。表嫂Valèrie 最煩= = 當初為了錢奉父母之命嫁入豪門、拋棄發展中的男友，因為自己很痛苦，所以現在不讓主角有自由婚姻的幸褔？Hello？當初自己拋棄人家現在就不要阻撓啊，還仗著自己漂亮就一直人身攻擊從鄉下來長相普通的女主= =
不懂這本書為何設定需要魔法，直接寫成戀愛本也沒問題吧？

寫作風格偏YA，但男女主都是30+的熟男熟女，各自有的童年創傷，女主情商很高但害怕被拋棄又害怕建立關係的極度討好型人格，男主則用冷漠無禮的外殼防止別人入侵。

不敢相信我喜歡的角色是騙子= =雖然天庭不是甚麼好人，但不影響他是騙子。
有種對岸瑪莉蘇古裝/仙俠劇的既視感，女主金手指開得有點大。

如果嫦娥在奔月前跟后羿有個女兒，而她把女兒偷偷養在月宮會怎麼樣？
節奏超快，快到不可思議，各場景事件間快速切換，可以多描述一下怎麼逃亡的嗎？可以講一下當婢女有多辛苦嗎？

目前還沒有看出那麼多人五星推爆的點
山神秘密計畫的寫作風格是不是都偏無厘頭？

作者在語言學及歷史作了很多研究，我對在學院裡研究文字跟翻譯的部分很有興趣。
直到某人死掉之後，後半段重點變成組織去殖民化、反抗帝國擴張及阻止鴉片戰爭；我是不知道外國人對這段歷史熟不熟悉，但我們顯然很清楚鴉片戰爭最後還是爆發了，在知道他們會失敗的前提下就讓我有點喪失興趣

「因為我不會用中文作夢。...你知道母語消失不見是甚麼感覺」

翻譯跟語言學的部分都很有趣，感覺作者做了很多調查。
不解的是，作者把很多明明可以寫在本文裡的說明寫在備註，不知道算是一種偷懶嗎？

The war was between two gods, but they used rifles, bombs, grenades, etc. The cruel war scenes were vividly described. I was weeping when someone they knew had died due to a sudden enemy attack.

所以完全理解為什麼評價很兩極，從這本書中看到很多書的影子，劇情中也存在很多bug
我知道他不是優秀的作品，但是讀起來就是很有趣，sort of get me out of reading slump

設定很迷人，寫作風格很迷幻。
但Scarlet單純到讓人煩躁，人設是小心謹慎有點優柔寡斷、姐代母職照顧妹妹的好姐姐，遊戲中卻不斷犯類似的錯誤，在沒問清楚的情況下答應NPC，發現不對勁後又一直凹對方騙人，雖然是18歲少女但實在太蠢。

So far, this book was very depressing.
Valancy was a 29-year- old maid who didn't have a life. She had to consult to her mother before deciding to do everything, and her mother consistently emotional blackmailed her. The other relatives liked to make fun of her.
After being diagnosed a severe heart disease and having only a year to live, she decided that she should please herself.

It wasn't about what I could give, or what I could offer, or what I could create in my own strenth. The real question, the bigger question was God wanted to do with the waiting list of hurting kids. And the answer, I realized, he never intended to come through my efferts alone.

#The Emperor’s Soul
The story was set in an oriental country, and it was said that Sanderson was inspired by the ancient Chinese seals displayed in the National Palace Museum after visiting Taipei.
Shai, the protagonist, could copy anything with her skillful magic, and was assigned to recreate The Emperor's soul after the assassination that caused his brain death. She found out that he once had big ideas.

Impressive beginning but poor ending for me
The plot makes me nervous though
