It matters what you do with the hand you are given in life. Apply gusto & creativity.

action is the cure & solution to our predicaments

What is up to us and what is not up to us.
Our decisions. Desires, determinations, emotions. Choices.

We are scared of obstacles because our perspective is often incorrect about it. We can’t change the obstacle but our perspective can change how it appears.

Any human being can change at any moment. You have to decide.

18 pages in and I don’t want to put it down.

If we can keep steady no matter what happens, we will get through.

It all lies in emotional regulation. A skill that must be built, a muscle that needs strengthening.
