I'm trying really hard not to DNF. This is yet again another FMC who is the strongest, an amazing fighter who beats 3 men, speaks like a 7th grader and ppl praise her! I don't understand how this is rated so high. I'm going to keep reading in hopes that it gets better

I want to DNF so bad right now. I have very few triggers but spitting in someone's mouth is one of them. Sooooo gross

How am I on the first chapter and I already want to DNF? Wow another FMC that is stronger, faster and smarter than any man to ever exist. FMC's like this are hard to relate to

Small children say things like "firstly" and "shall have" ?!? I'm annoyed. If you're going to write from the perspective of a child then get it right.

How many words and repetitive phrases can you fit into the first chapter?

FMC is an idiot. She's so afraid of her ex that she asks a stranger for help and to kiss her. When he tries to get guys to back off because she uncomfortable she gets mad at him? She says she can handle it? Really?

I'm liking the slow burn but Jordan is an idiot. I have zero issues believing she's 19. The "girl boss" scenes are coming off stubborn and immature. The loofah scene?!?! Ummm no thanks

This book is so sweet! I'm trying really hard to go compare it to Hunger Games but it had a lot of similarities

So far I loved the introduction but chapter 1 is going slow. Why would a mob boss ever go to his daughter for money?

My friend gave me the original copy to read because Killian is amazing... I enjoy reading dark books but this is different. The first 3 chapters are exactly what the book is about. A lot of SA and violence but the conversations and storyline are childish. I'll finish it but I'm not seeing what's so special about any of the characters.

I've only read the sample and it's sooooo good but..... I read the reviews and now I'm not sure if I want to buy it. One thing that bugs me with the sample is the FMC says "I don't trust you" about for times in a couple paragraphs. What to do.... what to do...???

Really liking it but I wish it had the name of the POV when it switches.

So Piper find out her boyfriend is cheating on her. As she's walking home she meets Hannah and they both get turned into Demons..... ok I'll roll with it. They get sent to Fallen University where Piper smells four men that she just can't keep away from. Really? Insta lust?

The struggle is real. This chick has gone through so much in a short time and normally I'd be hooked but........ I'm struggling to stay interested.
