I’m intrigued. This feels like it’s taking that one delirious scene from The Secret History with the blood and running with it, which is pretty cool tbh. I definitely like the idea of a single night being the central focus of the book (if that is what’s happening, the night has only begun)

It took me a second to get into (probably I was mourning the lack of Fitz and co) but I’m very much invested now, and enjoying this book a lot!

Small town, summer camp, rich families, secrets, missing kids, murder (?)… this is shaping up to be very very good

I do love a story that takes place over two or more periods of time, but with the same (or related) characters, so you can sort of map out the web of families ties and relationships

Getting distinctly ominous vibes on the Molly & Co. front, but enjoying the characters Fitz has been meeting on the road. This chapter we meet a Mysterious Old Woman, which has my interest piqued.

Very excited for the rest of this book!
