Too many things going on this year and simply not enough time to read. Picking up again where I left off a few months ago. Still in awe of the writing prowess of Steven Erikson.

Having finished Dawnshard, and with 'Wind and Truth' now being available, I'm starting a long deep dive into books 4 and 5 of the Stormlight Archive to complete the first five book story arc. Some 2500 pages and roughly 950 000 words to go. Journey before destination! See you on the other side :-)

Special Agent Pendergast has entered the building and I have to admit: he's a fascinating character!

This book is - because of all sorts of reasons - taking me a while, but it's definitely worth it!

So far, this new book from Sebastien de Castell is everything I hoped it would be!

So far, this is a lot like 'Pilgrim' (which is not necessarily a bad thing) albeit with a more human, relatable protagonist. Waiting for the much griped about turn into SF territory.

Not Asimov's best (dare I say it's by far the worst thing I've read from this author that I otherwise hugely admire).

Not bad, but a Greatcoats book this is not.

You can't go wrong with an Agatha Christie closed circle murder mystery in a steampunk/gaslamp fantasy setting. Exceeding all my expectations, so far!
