Nolan's memory of being reaped is hilarious. I hope we get this reaper in a future book.

So Zahn is the master of writing romantic moments that he swears aren't romantic moments. Bayta sleeping on Frank's shoulder is right up there with Thrawn and Ziara's art gallery "date."

Asher's characterization feels inconsistent.

I do love Zahn's attempt to Agatha Christie his way through the sci-fi genre.

I'm already finding myself dipping in and out. The constant timeshifts aren't working for me for the audio.

This is seriously the longest book in the world.

I'm doing the next two on audio and if I don't make it through...well I'm not subjecting myself to the ebooks I bought.

This series is a good example of why it's best to not buy an entire trilogy without reading the first book.
