Overall I have enjoyed this book, however I’m a bit disappointed that the author waited until the halfway point and then started writing about Trump. Though I generally agree with his points, that is not the point of the book and definitely doesn’t fit under “a poetic theology of the cross” subtitle the book claims. Just seems like the author just couldn’t help himself.
