I am really enjoying this Bluebeard retelling with a vampire twist. 19th century Paris with a dark, brooding, dangerous, sexy af vampire as Bluebeard. It’s giving me the best kind of shivers!

My brother’s memorial service is tomorrow and I am so in need of a comfort read… hoping this latest in the series delivers what the previous books did.

I just loveeee a book that grabs you and pulls you in from the very first page 😍 I can’t believe this is Kate Bateman’s debut novel - amazing

I’ve only read two of the stories so far, but oh my, I am thoroughly enjoying this collection of well-written historical erotica. A smokin hot little gem that I feel lucky to have stumbled upon. I’m dying to know who the author is… the only vague clue on Amazon is “Anonymous is a USA Today bestselling author known for writing sizzling stories about flawed, passionate characters.”

Half of me is swooning so hard over the H that I cannot wipe the cheesy smile off my face, while the other half of me is plotting dozens of ways to slowly kill one of the most vile villains I’ve ever read. Loving this book!

Aaaahhhh, it’s been a long time since I was so immediately pulled in by a story and its characters - here’s hoping it’s the start of an amazing book!

I just started reading an eARC I received through Book Sirens. It’s billed as a steamy historical romance, written by Katherine Harlow, and it’s called “Notorious.” The book is not listed here on GR even though it’s supposed to pub in the next week or so. It’s also not available on Amazon, which has me puzzled. There’s no author online presence. Anyone heard of this author?

I love it when a book pulls you in from the very first chapter. Actually, I was intrigued when I finished the first paragraph!

The book is now in epistolary format and these letters are absolutely squeezing my heart, in the very best way. Sitting here, reading, and grinning like a fool.
