Lisa Brantly is 25% done with Holiness

Did research & placed him in the Oxford Movement - in the thick of it in the 30s. Countering heavy emphasis on litergy. Also, he did evangelical work in blue collar areas after thwarted political career/ambitions. Eventually obtaining his See. Point is, he needed to be read in his context rather than my 21st century reformed one!! Apologies to his memory/legacy & I will continue reading.
