Wow.. I'm amazed at how this book written 2021/22 hits on things that while about the Regency period, are so apropos of today in the USA... the political scene, the backwards looking and fear of change ... social realities.

I'm listening to the Audible recording, which was recently released.

I hadn't previously marked this audiobook as finished, but maybe I read it in print? Anyway, I don't recall who "did it" and it's a nice twisty story with good characters so I don't mind listening.
