Finish all of Exodus. I can't possibly remember all the details of the tabernacle construction, but every mention of a number got a written note in the margin for posterity

Completed Exodus ch 23. This makes 1/16th of the entire copy finished — put this way, the 1600 pages seem so simple to surmount without any trepidation

Finish Genesis 1. No Glühwein required for the same amount of edification and „tunneling“. Circa one hour and twenty minutes for pg 57-69, making it just 12 pages, but with great focus and highlighting and examination to make sure I comprehend everything.

OT pages 29-56 in around 3-4 hours while inebriated on Glühwein & highlighting and taking notes; c. 20 minute break in-between. Finish Genesis 41. Every time I finished a chapter or a section I took a swig and looked up at the most beautiful nude drawing I've seen in order to create positive reinforcement.

Page 57 to 98, total of 41 pages. Finish second lecture, Mahomet; new highlights and annotations, I was far more afraid of "ruining clean books" in 2022 with "vandalism"

Read introduction, circa 44 pages. I don't get why translator has to make a sales pitch about "humanism" and "the myth isn't that important really so you're allowed to take it seriously now". Imagine trying to understand Medieval Europe without that annoying Catholicism or something like this. I disdain authorities who denigrate exotics for being who they are

The chapters taking place in the 20th century are far more intelligible than the 3000 AD ones. There's well written and gripping parts, but it's way too mangled

Shaivism and Vaishnavism

Resolved a misunderstanding I've had. The Brahmaa, Shiva, and Vishnu aspects all have their Shakti equivalents, those who dedicate themselves to those are called Shaktaas. But anything Shakti is within the confines of those 3, mainly the latter 2

Shaivism also is the closest to Metaphysical realisation. It is "destruction" only from POV of manifestation that returns to unmanifest Absolute

Been reading this every other day, but forgetting to update here. Went over perpetuity of Vedas, heterodoxy, le boudhismé, Manu, quick overview of castes. Less than 100 pages left and only in the immediate next chapter we get to Shaivism & Vaishnavism

Finished the first half of the book, which scrutinously elaborates on the exact nature of Metaphysics and how all the misconceptions are wrong

Forgot to update this for a few days, even though I've been slowly reading. Very time consuming with the annotations, it's safe to say that over 7 hours of reading have yielded progressing through 30 pages, due to how precisely the foundation is set up and defined
