And the returning characters, the poetry, the Ninth House lore, the devotion to their Houses (tbh i still don't have a good sense of the individual House characteristics but at least I have figured out what House everyone belongs to)

I just wanted to post that I pre ordered this book like 30 minutes before its release. Idk when I'm picking it up yet but I am excited for the pre order bonuses 😃

Palamedes Sextus, you will always be my fav. I kinda zoned out and lost the plot on Harrow making soup. Maybe this book will be better the next time around lol

I feel like I keep waiting for something bad to happen. Anyway, learned about the Lesbian Herstory Archive and now I really want to go!

Started to settle into the current timeline for Harrow rn, finally reaching a point where i feel like i kinda get where the story is going a bit. Tensions rising.

My model is running so I am reading... and I am zoning tf out of the beginning of this audiobook (I hear it only gets really good 2/3 thru or on the 2nd read. Sigh. In it for the long haul, I guess.)

My new fav, cannot wait to reread. Onto Harrow the Ninth ASAP

Vibing, starts off right where the other left off, which i always appreciate. Still kinda forgot how Alex didn't get kicked out of Lethe at the end of the last book though.

Omg almost done! Saw it at the bookstore which made me happy. Even though I started Dead Beat, I'm more excited about this audiobook rn :D

Finally getting closer to understanding the different characters but still not knowing the characteristics of the houses. I periodically blank out on things that happened. But I love it so far, might be my new obsession for a time.

I'm finally able to get sucked into the book-- it got really good after about 20%. Ily Gideon. I ship you with everybody. People are dying left and right, everyone's traumatized, it's great. Lesbian space necromancers is an accurate description.

Feeling emo about the "coming out" section right now, since I'm still navigating how to do the same in my own life. I wonder if there's much media written on coming out a second time with a new sexuality? Also, I have no idea what a hen do is and it's the second time I've seen mention of that this week...

I've finally actually started the book after getting it before everyone else in the world pre-release lol i wish i could post the launch day photos on here

Forgot to update from several days ago. I'm liking the adventure so far, I might actually like this better than the last two books, despite a not-as-stellar overall Goodreads impression??? It started to pick up a bit, the world has expanded a lot. I'm having fun :)

Feels pretty in line with the previous books so far. A bit messier due to having two villains and worried the story will be stretched a bit thin.

Alright, i guessed the first major plot twist pretty easily with the crown. Can't get a feel on Maria's personality. Loving the new Lara. Having a good time overall!!

So simple and poetic yet so beautiful. Not my typical kind of read but i'm enjoying it so far

I feel like the beginning of the book is a bit more slow / the overall plot is less compelling. But i'm glad we don't need as much worldbuilding. Am excited for some major changes in the characters' actions toward Amari 👀

Trials weren't really long and exciting enough for me. But i'm having a good time overall :)
