I don't really understand Gideon atp

How is this book a bajillion pages long?

I fell asleep so imma have to reread again but every day i look forward to reading more of my beloved, weird, confusing Locked Tomb books and i'm still happily vibing with Nona's pov (i enjoy her narration way better than HtN)

I don't get why some people didn't like this one as much. Am enjoying the tidbits that we get to see of John's backstory, want to know more about the family setup, why everyone is stressed. Bit confused on where we are in the timeline, but that's expected with this series.

Am liking it way better than the first parts of HtN so far! I love Nona's POV! I love Cam & Pal! I miss Harrow & Gideon but that's ok
