As I read this, I wonder: how much research did this author do into what it’s actually like living with autism and how much she just guessed and made up alongside some romanticized understanding of autism

Every mention of Jake Connelly has me giggling

“Breathe, love. I’ve got you.” I’m clutching my pearls

Sweet mama lord have MERCYYY

I think my only critique so far is that there’s been next to zero explanation of the magic system. It’s not super impeding my reading experience bc I’m just taking it all in stride but a lil explanation would be appreciated, yk?

Whatever it says about me that I like em even when they’re assholes … don’t tell me I don’t want to know

I do NOT give Tuck and Sabrina the respect and attention they deserve damn

“She has never believed herself fit to be loved by anyone.” Oh ouch

God fucking OBVISOUSLY. I knew that the same as I knew about Brennan. DUH.

I’ve been reading this book for a few days and I gotta be so honest I have really mixed feelings

It is a TRAVESTY that I don’t remember this book basically at all despite giving it five stars. OOO WEE MAMA Rory Miller amirite ladies?? It’s so abundantly clear why I gave this book five stars already and I’m only 15% in to my reread
