I’ve finally hit a place with this book where I’m no longer hate reading it. I worried she was going to tell people to stop taking meds and drink apple cider vinegar or something, but now I am interested in the possible origins of anxiety in our species and the positives it brings, while reminding people that medication/therapy works, and exploring practices to work in tandem with those.
