Just a page turned into two chapters. Need I say more?

I've known about the author for a while, thanks to her presence on YT.

I started with the sample as a curiosity. I ended up reading the sample in 20 minutes and knew I had to buy the two books. I don't know if I will try her other series yet, but who knows. I can always try another sample.

That said, the names are so difficult to keep separate. The story is flowing really well. Love Snapper

I feel out of my depth here. It'd be a good thing or a bad thing? I don't know yet.

You think you're reading a fanboy account. You probably are. But there are too many red flags I notice between the lines. What was going on here?

I'm hoping there are more smut chapters. Stuff I can skip since I cannot seem to DNF the book entirely.

I'm a sucker for second chance romances.
But my head and my heart are both resisting. 64% in and the face that male MC cheated back then hasn't been resolved somehow.

If the cheating was intentional, and not some plot point for the separation, then I don't want them getting together. I don't care what the characters tell, I don't think the couple should work out. And at 64% (with spice coming up), it feels too late

I feel sick. Not because of the book. Just reasons.

That's the only reason I am not binge-reading this. I'm gripped by the story lines.

I'm intrigued by the praise. I'm hesitant based on chapter 1.

I'm struggling with the generous amount of Spanish as I don't know Spanish. Which has resulted in a slower pace. I am, however, enjoying the book.

I skimmed past the bed scene. Two chapters? Really?

Skimmed simply because I didn't want to miss the dialogue for anything relevant. I wonder if these chapters should be written in isolation. Readers not interested can just jump past without missing anything. Or readers looking solely for it can jump directly to it.

The story just picked up a new twist and I'm excited for it. I'm more sleepy though, evidenced by dropping my device on myself 5 times on the same page. Rest for tomorrow, then

Right now, I'm stewing in anger and frustration and several other negatives. More than what the book should induce, perhaps.

This female MC is the rational, cautious one I think of with this fantastical stories. Wonderful for me. Hilarious even.

Unfortunately for our Nolan (the Ghost of Christmas Past), this is frustrating. I can understand. But that simply increases the fun.

Despite the title, our POV character - the female main character Harry (Harriet York) - is not in good spirits. Makes sense for a beginning though.

Hilarious. Gripping. Binge-worthy.

This is a book I feel conflicting emotions about. I want to savor it. I want to rush through to the end already.

Definitely a good book based on the experience so far.

Unfortunately, I can already see the fanboy-ish writings of the author shine through the text. Not a great sign for this kind of books

It feels like the writing can be tighter. Like maybe we're taking too long?

I have read a later book in the series, don't recall the story though, and it was better so this feedback is simply something already taken care of.
