all this flipping back and forth to read the footnotes is no good for my poor little weak wrists - other than that I’m loving this book so far. It’s going to take a while but I’m excited for the journey this book will take me on.

Yes, it’ll probably come at the cost of my reading goal. However, I think DFW would have absolutely abhorred the idea of book goals so I don’t feel even slightly bad about it.

A very bad choice for before bed reading, it’s written in such a way that the suspense will take you into that territory of “wayyyy past my bedtime”

I’m enjoying this a lot and think it’s really clever, but I think I’m currently going through book reading burn out - struggling to read any more than 10 pages a day
