I’m feeling very sceptical about this. A customer has gave this book for me to borrow and read, recommending it greatly. I feel compelled to read it out of gratitude. I was curious after enjoying heal back on Netflix in 2017. However the preface and introduction don’t give me much hope as he continuously discusses his courses and teachings. If a self help guru sells courses, I immediately see that as a red flag.
