So far, the first two chapters seem redundant, they made me feel kind of icky because TOO. MUCH. LOVE. between Kelly and Carter and at least TJ Klune knows the love pairs are doing the same stupid things over and over again. Is he mocking us? I guess he is we still bought the books.

I know it's for young readers but this on the young, young part of that spectrum. The topics are "mature" enough but the writing is way too simplistic.
